Overview of Services

This process identifies critical services and associated applications running on Windows Servers using a proprietary Adaptive Service Mapping (ASM) tool. It automates the creation of application monitoring templates within SolarWinds Orion and generates alerts for the identified applications and services. Alerts can include self-healing actions (such as restarting application services) and can be integrated with ServiceNow Incident Management. Additionally, this data can be leveraged by the ServiceNow CMDB to enrich its dataset.
